MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________________________________, seconded by Council Member _____________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager or a designee to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Stearns, Conrad and Schmidt (dba SCS Engineers) in an amount not to exceed one hundred forty-two thousand five hundred ($142,500) dollars, subject to approval to form by the City Attorney, as outlined in the Report to Council dated February 4, 2025.
