Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Attorney, or his designee, to consent to Southern California Public Power Authority’s (SCPPA) execution of a Waiver of Conflict of Interest to permit SCPPA’s outside counsel, Holland & Hart LLP to represent a SCPPA counterparty, Longroad Energy Holdings, LLC in an unrelated matter, as described in the Report Dated January 28, 2025 by the City Attorney.
