The Special Public Meeting of the Glendale City Council convened in the City Chambers, in said City, at 3:06 p.m., on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows January 23, 2025
