The item in question involves the need to discuss legal action which the City may need to initiate based on the occurrence of events that commenced on Monday, February 10, 2025. The matter needs to be discussed immediately and direction and authorization needs to be given to the City Attorney prior to the next regular meeting on February 18, 2025.
The name and facts of the potential legal matter will be disclosed if said matter is filed.

ADOPTING THE PLAN AND SPECIFICATION FOR THE
WEST GLENDALE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) CURB RAMP INSTALLATION AND SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM PHASE 1, SPECIFICATION NO. 4006 AND PLAN NO. 1-3134, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE:
SECTION 1. The Plans and Specification on file in the City Clerk's office for the West Glendale ADA Curb Ramp Installation and Sidewalk Repair Program Phase 1, including the various documents incorporated therein , are hereby approved , adopted, designated and shall hereafter be known as Specification No. 4006 and Plan No. 1- 3134.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise for bids for the work, equipment and materials described in these Plans and Specification adopted by this Resolution.
