MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a professional services agreement – subject to approval by the City Attorney – with Mark Thomas and Company, Inc. for one million five hundred seventy-two thousand six hundred twenty-five dollars ($1,572,625) to provide Professional Engineering Services for the North Verdugo Road Multimodal Improvements Project.
