Moved by Council Member , seconded
by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a contract change order to Contract No. 8002312 with ARC Construction, Inc., for the removal and replacement of the rubberized flooring under the playground area, removal and replacement of streetlights throughout the Park and modifications to the design of the new shade canopy for the Pacific Park Playground and Pool Shade Structure Project Project, as follows:
1. Increase the contract amount by two hundred forty thousand dollars ($240,000).
2. Authorize an additional 10% or twenty-four thousand dollars ($24,000) for contract contingencies.
