MOTION
Moved by Commissioner Meek, seconded by Commissioner Alcazar, that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission hereby recommends that City Council approve the public art installation, "Belonging" by Cara Lynch for the Fremont Park Columns Tile Artwork, as more particularly outlined in the December 16, 2024, Report by the Library, Arts & Culture's Principal Arts & Culture Administrator, and provides feedback that the tile artwork is focused on the preferred California native flowers design concept.
