MOTION
Moved by Commissioner Meek, seconded by Commissioner Kalfayan, that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission hereby recommends that City Council not approve the public art installation, "Palm Trees" by Tanner Goldbeck for the Palmer Park Basketball Court Mural, as more particularly outlined in the January 27, 2025, Report by the Library, Arts & Culture's Principal Arts & Culture Administrator, and provides feedback that staff and City Council review other, previously submitted mural design concept proposals with the aim to identify one sports-related.
