I am writing to you today in support of Mural Concept Series 09 by Tanner Goldbeck. As an artist who does public art I love seeing art that reaches out to engage people and this colorful basketball court mural does just that. With the addition of this mural's bold color palette the court will become not just a functional sport amenity for basketball players, but also a visual treat for anyone visiting the park. This abstracted sports-based design is a perfect fit for a basketball court.

I highly recommend Tanner Goldbeck's
"Basketball" (concept series 9) for the Palmer Park Basketball Court. It is a simple yet beautiful design. It speaks to the youth. Tanners use of colors span the palette and is appealing.
As a mother of three young adult who have played basketball since they were 4, I can confidently say that Tanner's basketball design, the colors, and the incorporation of legendary Coach Wooden's positive messages is truly an amazing basketball court mural. Not only is the design energetic but also positive. Both of which are what we want for our youth.
My boys, my husband and I whole heartedly support Tanner's basketball design on the court.
