Moved by Council Member , seconded by
Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale finds that A A Electric Co. (A&A) has provided the lowest responsive bid, and they are a responsible bidder, for the Electrical Systems Services at Various City Facilities Project as described in Specifications No. 3989, and that the bid of A&A for the amount of four hundred fourteen thousand, three hundred four dollars ($414,304), is hereby accepted and approved, as recommended by the Director of Public Works, and that all other bids be, and are, hereby rejected. The Council authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, with A&A, in the amount of four hundred fourteen thousand, three hundred four dollars ($414,304).
