MOTION
Moved by Council Member , seconded by
Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale finds that Pasadena Construction & Interiors, Inc. (PCI) has provided the lowest responsive bid, and they are a responsible bidder, for the Flooring Systems Services at Various City Facilities Project as described in Specifications No. 3990, and that the bid of PCI for the amount of four hundred eighteen thousand, three hundred ninety-five dollars ($418,395) is hereby accepted and approved, as recommended by the Director of Public Works, and that all other bids be, and are, hereby rejected. The Council authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, with PCI, in the amount of four hundred eighteen thousand, three hundred ninety-five dollars ($418,395).
