MOTION
Moved by Council Member _______________________, seconded by Council Member ____________________________, that the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract for Citywide Pools & Splash Pads Maintenance, which was the subject of an Invitation for Bids, Specification No. 4005, to Wet Views; and authorizes the City Manager or a designee to execute a contract with Wet Views for an initial term of three years, and two optional one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of five years, in an amount not to exceed $763,966, as recommended in the report of the Director of Community Services & Parks of February 18, 2025.
