MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment – subject to approval by the City Attorney – to Contract No. 8001984 with Mark Thomas and Company, Inc. for additional services related to the San Fernando Road Beautification Phase II Project, as follows:
1. Increase the contract amount by two hundred twenty-seven thousand one hundred and Eight-one dollars ($254,915).
2. Increase the contract duration by 24-months.
