by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment – subject to approval by the City Attorney – to Professional Services Agreement (PSA) 8002114 with Bowman Infrastructure Engineers for community outreach and additional design services regarding bicycle infrastructure related to the South Verdugo Road Multimodal Improvements Project, as follows:
1. Increase the PSA amount by one hundred twenty-two thousand six hundred ninety- two dollars ($122,692).
2. Extend the PSA duration by twelve (12) months.
