by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment – subject to approval by the City Attorney – to Professional Services Agreement (PSA) 8002116 with NV5, Inc. for additional design services regarding bicycle infrastructure related to the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Pavement Management Program Implementation Project, as follows:
1. Increase the PSA amount by fifty-seven thousand seven hundred dollars ($57,700).
2. Extend the PSA duration by twelve (12) months.
