M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale, finds that Paveco Construction, Inc. of Baldwin Park, California is the lowest responsive bidder to furnish labor, equipment and materials for the Glendale Water & Power City-Wide Utility Street Repairs Project, Specification No. 4002, and that the bid of Paveco Construction, Inc. of Baldwin Park, California is hereby accepted and approved as recommended by the Interim General Manager of Glendale Water & Power in the Report dated March 4, 2025, and that all other bids be, and are, hereby rejected. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a three-year contract with Paveco Construction, Inc. of Baldwin Park, California for a not- to-exceed amount of $2,721,569, with the City’s option to extend said contract for an additional two years for a not-to-exceed amount of $2,000,000. The contract and any amendments thereto shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
