MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that following the appropriation of $376,000 in Affordable Housing Funds in support of Metro Loma Apartments, an affordable housing project located at 328 Mira Loma Avenue, as outlined in the March 4, 2025 staff report from the Director of Community Development (“Report”), said funds may be released upon terms and conditions acceptable to and approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, sufficient to ensure that the foreclosure process will not be perfected during the Interim Period, as described in the Report.
