1. Community Development, re: Approval to Appropriate $376,000 in Affordable Housing Funds in Support of Metro Loma Apartments, an Affordable Housing Project Located at 328 Mira Loma Avenue, Currently in Default and Under Threat of First Mortgage Foreclosure
