MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________________________________, seconded by Council Member ______________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a professional services agreement – subject to approval by the City Attorney - with Maestro Development LLC for construction management services for the Preservation and Reuse of the Former Rockhaven Sanitarium Project, as described in the report to the Glendale City Council dated March 11, 2025, in an amount not to exceed three hundred four thousand seven hundred thirty dollars ($304,730).
