The Joint City Council and Housing Authority Meeting of the Glendale City Council convened in the City Chambers, in said City, at 4:03 p.m., on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A JOINT PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council and Housing Authority is hereby called to meet at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following items) of business, to wit;

A. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation. Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9: One potential case
City Attorney Mike Garcia indicated that action is not anticipated. Council recessed to closed session at 4:04 p.m.
