MOTION
Moved by Council Member _______________________, seconded by Council Member ____________________________, that, with respect to the Report of the Director of Community Services & Parks to the City Council dated April 1, 2025, the City Council hereby approves a no-cost extension to the existing Agreements between the City of Glendale and Health Net, LLC, and City of Glendale and L.A. Care, extending the term of each from December 31, 2024, to August 31, 2025, for the Housing and Homeless Incentive (HHIP) Program.
