MOTION
Moved by Council Member _______________________, seconded by Council Member ____________________________, that, with respect to the Report of the Director of Community Services & Parks to the City Council dated April 1, 2025, the City Council hereby approves a no-cost extension to the existing Sub-recipient Agreements (8002255 and 8002406) between the City of Glendale and Ascencia, extending the term from December 31, 2024, to August 31, 2025, for services provided under the Shelter Plus Care (SPC) Rental Assistance Program, funded by the Housing and Homeless Incentive (HHIP) Program.
