A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE ADOPTING PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT PLAN NO. 12-242 FOR VACATION CASE NO. 188V; THE PROPOSED VACATION OF THE FIRST ALLEY EASTERLY OF BRAND BOULEVARD, NORTHERLY OF FAIRVIEW AVENUE (ALLEY 130), IN GLENDALE, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE:
SECTION 1: The attached Plan for the proposed vacation of a portion of the First Alley Easterly of Brand Boulevard, Northerly of Fairview Avenue (Alley 130), in the City of Glendale, is hereby approved, adopted, and designated, and shall hereafter be known as Plan No. 12-242.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file said Plan in the office of the City Clerk as adopted by this Resolution.
