Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Manager, or designee, is hereby authorized to execute 2024 Historic Preservation Fund Grant Agreement C08424008 with the State of California Office of Historic Preservation for $40,000, to partially fund the East-West Glendale Historic Context and Historic Resources Survey that was approved by City Council in September 2024, as outlined in the April 29, 2025 staff report from the Director of Community Development. Said agreement shall be subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
