MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council hereby approves the Side Letter Agreement Between the City of Glendale and the Glendale Fire Fighters’ Association (“GFFA”) modifying language in the GFFA Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) effective July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027 to clarify the intent of the staff captain pay provisions of the MOU. The Side Letter Agreement is set forth in Exhibit 1 to the Report to Council dated April 29, 2025.
