Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby approves the revised Glendale Water & Power (GWP) Trading Authority Policy, as set forth as Exhibit 3 to the May 6, 2025 Report to the City Council by the Acting General Manager of GWP, which policy replaces the GWP Trading Policy approved by Council on August 9, 2022.
