MOTION
Moved by Council Member , seconded
by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a construction contract – subject to approval by the City Attorney – with Kalban, Inc. for the West Glendale ADA Curb Ramp Installation and Sidewalk Repair Program Phase 1, Specification No. 4006, for the amount of $3,817,486.25.
2. Authorizes a 10 percent reserve for contingency, equal to $381,749.
