MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________________________________, seconded by Council Member ______________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a contract – subject to approval by the City Attorney - with Glendale Fire Systems, Inc. for the Design- Build of the Fire Systems Improvements at Various City Facilities Project, as described in Specification 3961, for the amount of five hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($525,000).
2. Authorizes a 10 percent reserve for contingency, equal to fifty-two thousand five hundred dollars ($52,500).
