MOTION
Moved by Council Member , seconded
by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a testing, maintenance and repair contract – subject to approval by the City Attorney – with Sun West Engineering Constructors, Inc. for the Petroleum Tank Testing and Repairs Program, Specification No. 4012, for the amount of $546,370.
2. Authorizes a 10 percent reserve for contingency, equal to $54.637.
