MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Manager, or her designee, is hereby authorized to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with North American Background and Investigations, Inc. (Contract 8002241) extending the contract by two years to continue to provide employment background investigations and polygraph services, increasing the contract amount by $252,000 to a new total not-to- exceed amount of $400,000. The Amendment shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
