M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale, finds that Street Light Restoration Specialist Inc. is the lowest responsive bidder to furnish labor, equipment and materials for the Glendale Water & Power’s (GWP) Painting Street Light Standards on Rossmoyne Neighborhood and Honolulu Road Area Project, Specification No. 3995, and that the bid of Street Light Restoration Specialist Inc. is hereby accepted and approved as recommended by the Acting General Manager of GWP in the Report dated May 13, 2025, and that all other bids be, and are, hereby rejected. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a one-year contract with Street Light Restoration Specialist, Inc. for a not-to- exceed amount of $269,280, plus a ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of $26,928. The contract shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
