by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment – subject to approval by the City Attorney – to Contract 8001439 with Acco Engineered Systems, Inc. for Citywide Maintenance and Repairs of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems, as follows:
1. Increase the contract amount by three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000), for a total not-to-exceed amount of two million five hundred twenty-three thousand one hundred sixty dollars ($2,523,160).
