by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment – subject to approval by the City Attorney – to Contract 8002311 with Aztech Elevator Company for Citywide Maintenance and Repairs of Elevators, as follows:
1. Increase the contract amount by three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000), for a total not-to-exceed amount of one million six hundred ninety two thousand seven hundred thirty-five dollars ($1,692,735).
