by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment – subject to approval by the City Attorney – to Contract 8001571 with AME Builders Inc. for Citywide Maintenance and Repair of Roofing Systems, as follows:
1. Increase the contract amount by one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), for a total not-to-exceed amount of eight hundred fifty-seven thousand ninety-four dollars ($857,094).
