Moved by Council Member __________________________________________, seconded by Council Member ________________________________________, that, with respect to the report of the Director of Community Services & Parks dated May 20, 2025, the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager or his designee to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Olin Partnership, Ltd., in an amount not to exceed $875,000, for preparation of the Open Space and Conservation and Recreation Elements Update.
