by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment to Professional Services Agreement No. 8001517, with Maestro Development LLC for Construction Management Services for the Fremont Park Renovation Project – subject to approval by the City Attorney – increasing the contract amount by one hundred and fifty-five thousand two hundred dollars ($155,200) for a total not-to-exceed one-million ten thousand two hundred dollars ($1,010,200).
