M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes an increase of $30,000,000 in the contingency for the Balance of Site Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contract, Contract No. 8002399, with ARB, Inc. for the Grayson Repowering Project, for the reasons set forth in the May 20, 2025 Report by the Acting General Manager of Glendale Water & Power Department. The Contract’s total contingency, with the increase, shall not exceed $66,270,000.
