MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that following the appropriation of $1,373,891 in Affordable Housing Funds in support of Metro Loma Apartments, an affordable housing project located at 328 Mira Loma Avenue, as outlined in the May 20, 2025, staff report from the Director of Community Development (“Report”), said funds may be released upon terms and conditions acceptable to and approved by the City Manager and City Attorney.
