MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________, seconded by Council Member __________, that upon review and consideration of all materials in connection with the Stage I Preliminary Design Review submittal for a proposed new 20-unit, 6-story mixed- use building with 21 parking spaces in the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP), Orange Central District, to be located at 340 North Central Avenue, Glendale, California (Case No. PDR-003330-2024), the City Council approves the Stage I preliminary design, as outlined in the May 20, 2025 staff report from the Director of Community Development, subject to staff recommendations contained therein or attached hereto, and subject to Council comments thereon.
