A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following items) of business, to wit; Written Notice of said meeting was given, which Notice consisted of a copy of the foregoing Call, and was served on each Member of the Council not joining in the Call, an upon the in said City not less than 24 hours before the time fixed in said Call for saic meeting, as follows:

Community Development, re: Public Hearing for Stage | Preliminary Design Review Case No. PDR-003330-2024 to construct a new 20-unit, 6-story mixed- Ise building with 21 parking spaces on an approximately 9,064 square-foo site, located at 340 North Central Avenue, in the DSP zone, Orange Centra District (DSP/OC)
Mayor Najarian opened the Public Hearing at 3:38 PM and closed it at 4:37 PM.
