MOTION
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale finds that Mark Thomas & Company, Inc., Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., and KOA Corporation, are the most qualified proposers to provide on-call grant research, writing, and management services as set forth in the Report dated May 3, 2025 by the Director of Public Works and hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with each of the herein named proposers, subject to approval by the City Attorney as follows:
1. Each PSA shall have an initial term of three years, with an option to extend for an additional two years.
2. The total aggregate not-to-exceed amount for all three PSAs shall be $1,500,000.
3. The City Manager, or his designee, is further authorized to execute any necessary amendments to the PSAs, provided the total aggregate amount does not exceed $1,500,000.
