SECTION11:TheCityManagerorhis/herdesigneeisauthorizedbytheCityCouncilto assignfundbalanceinthe“Assigned”category,whichiscomprisedofamountsintended tobeusedbytheCityforspecificpurposesbutarenotrestrictedorcommitted.The financialpoliciesoftheCitywillalsobeupdatedtoreflectthisdelegationorauthority.
