1 MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Council:
1. Has reviewed and approves the FY 2025-26 Annual Action Plan (“Plan”) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME) Programs totaling $3,266,569.65, as more particularly outlined in the June 24, 2025 Joint Report, including its attachments and exhibits, to the City Council and Housing Authority of the City of Glendale;
2. Authorizes staff to submit the Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as recommended by the CDBG Advisory Committee, the Continuum of Care Board, and staff; and
3. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to redirect excess, cancelled, or unused program funds under $50,000 from one project to another with CDBG Advisory Committee approval.
