M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Harper & Associates Engineering, Inc. to act on behalf of the City as Owner’s Engineers specializing in the design and oversight of City water storage facility rehabilitation projects for a total not-to-exceed amount of $450,000.
The form of said PSA shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
