MOTION
Moved by Council Member ,
seconded by Council Member , that, with respect to
the report of the Director of Public Works dated June 24, 2025, the Council of the City of Glendale hereby:
(1) Finds that Williamson Construction Co. Inc. has provided the lowest responsive bid, and that Williamson Construction Co. Inc. is a responsible bidder, for the Babe Herman Restroom Renovation Project described in Specifications No. 3978, and that the bid of Williamson Construction Co. Inc. in the amount of $275,000 is accepted and approved, and that all other bids be, and are, rejected; and
(2) Authorizes the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, with Williamson Construction Co. Inc. in the amount of $275,000, plus a 10% reserve for contingencies in the amount of $27,500, for a total amount not to exceed $302,500.
