Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council authorizes the acceptance of FY 2025-2026 Older Americans Act baseline funding of $443,300 and FY 2025- 2026 Modernizing Older Californians Act funding of $47,600 for the provision of Elderly Nutrition Program (ENP) from County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department (AD) as set forth in the Report to Council dated June 24, 2025; and authorizes the City Manager or a designee to execute Subaward to the County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department Contract Subaward Number ENP252604 period July 2025 – June 2026 to accept and implement Los Angeles County AD funding.
