MOTION
Moved by Council Member__________________________,
seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council hereby approves an amendment to the contract with Heritage Housing Partners for loan servicing and administering a line of credit for the purchase/resale of Doran Affordable Homeownership Units. The amendment will extend the agreement term for two years to June 30, 2027, as particularly outlined in the Joint Report to the Council and Housing Authority dated June 24, 2025.
