MOTION
Moved by Housing Authority Member ____________________________, seconded by Housing Authority Member ___________________________, that the Housing Authority of the City of Glendale has reviewed and approves the Five-Year 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME) Programs as more particularly outlined in the Joint Report to the City Council and Housing Authority dated June 24, 2025 including Attachments and Exhibits, and as further amended by the Housing Authority and Council at the Joint Meeting of the Council and the Housing Authority on June 24, 2025. Staff is authorized to submit the Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
