Moved by Housing Authority Member ____________________________, seconded by Housing Authority Member ___________________________, that the Housing Authority:
1. Has reviewed and approves the FY 2025-26 Annual Action Plan (“Plan”) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME) Programs totaling $3,266,569.65, as more particularly outlined in the June 24, 2025 Joint Report, including its attachments and exhibits, to the City Council and Housing Authority; and
2. Authorizes staff to submit the Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as recommended by the CDBG Advisory Committee, the Continuum of Care Board, and staff.
