MOTION
Moved by Housing Authority Member ____________________________, seconded by Housing Authority Member ___________________________, that the Housing Authority hereby approves an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between the Housing Authority and Kane Ballmer & Berkman (C106203) in connection with professional legal services necessary in the area of affordable housing development as described in the Joint Report to the Council and Housing Authority dated June 24, 2025. The amendment to the agreement will (i) increase the contract amount by $300,000 to a total not to exceed amount of $1,040,000 and (ii) extend the contract term for two years to June 30, 2027.
The Executive Director or his designee is authorized to execute the amendment to the agreement subject to approval by the City Attorney.
